CCI Glass - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales, services, quotations, and agreements provided by CCI Glass ("Company"). By placing an order, signing a proposal, or accepting delivery of goods or services, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations issued by CCI Glass are valid for a period of thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs, labor costs, or project scope.

Quoted prices do not include taxes, permits, engineering, or additional work unless specifically stated.

3. Orders and Changes

Orders become binding once accepted by CCI Glass.

Any changes to an order, including design changes, measurements, materials, or installation requirements, may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.

CCI Glass reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Deposit may be required before production begins
  • Progress payments may be required for large projects
  • Final payment due upon completion or delivery
  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
  • CCI Glass reserves the right to suspend work or withhold delivery if payments are not current.


5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. CCI Glass is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Supplier shortages
  • Weather conditions
  • Jobsite readiness
  • Transportation issues
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control
  • Customer must ensure the jobsite is ready and accessible for delivery and installation.
Additional charges may apply if return trips or rescheduling are required.

6. Measurements and Specifications

If CCI Glass takes final field measurements, the Company is responsible for accuracy.

If the Customer provides measurements, CCI Glass is not responsible for errors resulting from those measurements.

Customer must verify specifications, drawings, and approvals prior to production.

7. Product Variations

Glass products may contain natural variations including but not limited to:
  • Slight color variations
  • Distortion inherent in tempered or laminated glass
  • Minor surface imperfections within industry standards
These variations do not constitute defects.

8. Warranty

CCI Glass warrants that its products and installation services will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or delivery.

This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakage after installation
  • Damage caused by building movement, structural issues, or acts of nature
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products and will be passed through where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

CCI Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, project delays, or business interruption.

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible worksite.

CCI Glass is not responsible for:
  • Structural conditions
  • Hidden framing issues
  • Existing building defects
  • Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC interference
Additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions will be billed separately.

11. Cancellation

Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to cancellation fees, including costs for materials, labor, and administrative expenses incurred.

Custom fabricated glass products are generally non-refundable.

12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the jobsite or pickup from CCI Glass facilities.

Customer is responsible for protection of materials once delivered.

13. Force Majeure

CCI Glass shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, or government actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which CCI Glass operates.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.

No modification shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
